Late Payment for Services
Century Media reserves the right to charge interest on any late payments for work completed for clients. The interest is calculated based on the Late Payment of Commercial Debts [Interest] Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002. The settlement time for each job is clearly shown on each invoice.
Failure to pay in full for services rendered
Century Media reserves the right to cancel any service(s) without any prior warning provided by Century Media to a client for non-payment of any service. Refunds will not be given for any partially paid for service(s) if such a situation occurs.
Server or Website Failure
While Century Media tries to ensure that no failure of servers or websites occurs on rare occasions this is not always possible. In the event of any failure be it the result of external forces or not Century Media will not be liable for any loss financial or otherwise.

Any Payments from this site are taken via PayPal. When you make a purchase “proceed to checkout” you will be taken to a secure server. We do not have any forums, guestbooks or message boards on this site. Under no circumstances will information passed to Century Media from online forms, postal order forms or from any other source be made public.

However we do have outside companies advertising in our resources section (link exchange pages) these companies may use cookies and other information gathering methods to target ads to visitors. Century Media cannot be held responsible for the content of external websites and information not directly under our control.
